SMS Consent Policy

What this is
Propera sends transactional, service-based text messages related to property operations. These messages are used to coordinate real work — not marketing.
Message types
- Maintenance request intake and updates
- Scheduling coordination, reminders, and reschedules
- Amenity reservations and access instructions
- Operational notices from your property team (service-related)
- Urgent safety instructions when needed
No marketing: Propera does not send promotional or marketing SMS. Messages are operational and service-based only.
How to opt in
Users opt in by submitting the form below. Consent is not a condition of service. The checkbox is unchecked by default and must be actively selected.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on service activity. For example, a maintenance request may trigger multiple messages during scheduling and completion.
Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you opt in again.

1) "Maintenance update: We received your request. What is your unit number and can you share a photo?"
2) "Scheduling: The vendor is available 9-11am tomorrow. Does that work? Reply YES or send a different window."
3) "Reminder: Vendor arrival window is 9-11am today. Reply RESCHEDULE if you need a different time."
4) "Amenity reservation confirmed: Game Room reserved 6-8pm. Please follow posted rules."
5) "Urgent: If you smell gas or see smoke, leave the unit and call 911 immediately. Reply with your property name to confirm location."
